Keith & Lisa Sergott | Owners
Keith and Lisa joined the Weed Man family in 2017 after lengthy careers in the landscaping and customer service industries, respectively. Lisa is passionate about customer service and the customer experience. She is actively involved in the day-to-day operations and always looking for ways to improve and grow the business. Keith is heavily involved with the technical operations and strives to have every one of our customers have the “best looking lawn in the neighborhood.”

Luke | Administrative Manager
Luke started with Weed Man of Ann Arbor in 2018 as a lawn care technician. Due to Luke’s attention to detail and determination to provide the best possible service to all of our customers he was promoted to administrative manager in 2021. Now he strives to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied with the services and results provided by Weed Man of Ann Arbor.

Trevor | Technical Supervisor
Trevor joined the Weed Man team in 2018 as a lawn care technician and exemplified Weed Man's customer-centric ideals. Thanks to his consistent quality performance, he now leads our technical team.  

Seth | Customer Service / Sales
Born and raised in the Ann Arbor area, Seth has been part of the Weed Man team since 2015. With over 16 years of experience in the lawn care industry he primarily works in sales and customer service but is not afraid to go into the field as a lawn care technician as needed. Seth loves to provide a great experience to all customers.
